The ideas to regenerate Old Colwyn are great, so too is the proposal to involve the people it will affect, Councillor Brian Cossey is excited about it and so he should be, it is only a shame then that when the exact same regeneration was proposed for Colwyn Bay the Town Council rejected it......

I think the Clarence Hotel seems to be capable of housing a few more much to the sanguine of the locals!!

So Cllr Cossey was against your proposals for Colwyn Bay but puts forward almost identical ones for Old Colwyn? Did he vote against the Colwyn Bay proposals so that the money could be saved for the Old Colwyn plans, I wonder?
