As a retired Metropolitan Police Inspector I believe the documents, the entry in the register and the Mail on Sunday article, provide sufficient evidence to warrant a criminal investigation against Mr Cohen for the offence of fraud by false representation, contrary to Section 2 of the Fraud Act, 2006.”

Mr Barnbrook pointed out that Mr Cohen has claimed the full additional costs allowance since 1990. “If this is correct it means he has claimed £310,714 in total.”

Mr Barnbrook first offered the information to Mr Simon Walters, a journalist working for the Daily Mail. “The Mail on Sunday will probably print the article tomorrow,” he said. “I asked Mr Walters to give our party some publicity for launching the complaint. Mr Walters, who was very polite and grateful for the story, stated that we might not get a mention due to the fact that Mr Cohen is Jewish and that it thus might not be good for the BNP,” Mr Barnbrook said.

“This is, of course, nonsense, and has nothing to do with the fact that Mr Cohen is Jewish or not. This has to do with the ruling elite’s arrogance and the daylight robbery being perpetrated on the taxpaying public by members of all three parliamentary parties. The BNP is proud to be at the forefront of exposing them all.”

“ I am concerned for the security of our great Nation; not so much because of any threat from without, but because of the insidious forces working from within.?

I have always said that what goes on behind closed doors is private and should stay that way, but the Home Sectratary's husband's behaviour makes a mockery of his wifes high office. Once the public smirking had stopped it has only increased the distrust people have for the labour party, people are now openly speaking out against Gordon Brown and Labour, the worsening recession and the run down NHS service, just to mention a few. I should know having worked for them for many years. The public are in a quandry as to who to vote for. I couldnt waste my vote on Labour again and I certainly have not forgotton the Thatcher years or forgiven the Conservatives. In fact I am afraid they would make matters worse if they were elected. Now Plaid Cymru I have considered. I have even met Wyn Jones several times, I am unimpressed with him and to be honest I dont see any real policies. I wont be a hypocrite so I shall not be voting for the sake of voting. I am sure that there are alot of dis-enchanted people of the same mind.

Mrs Lloyd Jones.

Mrs Lloyd Jones,
I don’t think Jacqui Smith’s husband has made anymore a mockery of her Public Office than she has herself. I think she has shown herself to be a greedy, manipulative woman who is incapable of holding office and is utterly useless as a Home Secretary.
The only good thing to come from her not being sacked like a dog is that the longer she remains in office the less chance Labour have of being re-elected.

The agenda will NEVER change. Democracy is dictatorship. Voters are uneducated fools. Parties are there to fool you into thinking you have choice. Bad cop. Good cop. How quick people forget. The secret government rules and it doesn't change. Now prepare for total fascisim and real hard core slavery.
